Natalie Lumpp, TOP sommelier recommends Secret d’Aramis from Champagne Roland Champion:

"This champagne, with its tastefully designed pink label, is already very appealing. On the back, you can also read that the champagne has only 5g of residual sugar, when it was bottled and when it was disgorged. It shines in a bright, radiant yellow and immediately seduces with its clear fruity character! Think of apricots and mango, then fine brioche aromas are added. When drinking, it is just as charming and fruity as in the aroma – it appears slender and finessed and lingers long in the finish. The champagne literally conjures summer days into the glass! A sociable champagne for an aperitif with friends, also delicious with apricot dumplings..."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
