Description

Composition: 100% Chardonnay from the 1er Cru vineyard, made with old vines (40 years). 5-6 g/l.

Aromas: It is a very fine and fresh champagne. On the nose and palate, it presents aromas of citrus fruits with mineral notes. This champagne can be enjoyed now but can also be cellared for a few years.

Occasion: A champagne for your aperitif, also perfect with fish and seafood.

Award: described as follows by Benedikt Ernst, E&T editor, in Essen&Trinken, issue 10/22: "The profound "Blanc de Blancs" scores with fine grip and elegant mirabelle plum fruit".

And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier, writes about the "Silver Class -1er Cru":

It shines in straw colours and impresses with its enormous fruitiness – think of mirabelle plums, limes, grapefruit and melon. A truly complex, profound champagne. On the palate, it appears very lively, slender and fresh - with its fine acidity, it always whets the appetite for more!

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulphites and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
