Description

Composition: 2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay from the Solera initiated in 2007. From the Bouzy Grand Cru terroir. 2.7g sugar added/L. Only 450 bottles. Disgorged Dec 24.

Aromas: Brilliant, golden color with coppery reflections, with fine bubbles and persistent effervescence. The nose is spicy and powerful, carried by aromas of mocha, cocoa, and coffee, opening to citrus fruits, honey, and mirabelle plums. The palate is fresh, full-bodied, and saline. It develops a bouquet of sweet spices and dried flowers, supported by a beautiful acidity.

Recommendation: The Solera Grand Cru is a vinous Champagne that can accompany an entire gastronomic menu. It also pairs wonderfully with evenings by the fireplace or a wine tasting under a fiery sunset.

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
