Composition: 100% Chardonnay from the 2008 harvest. Vinified and aged in small wooden barrels. 4.7 grams of sugar/L.

Delivered in a white gift box.

Aromas: the nose opens with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, then develops into floral, slightly woody notes. The whole is truly very pleasant! On the palate, its beautiful complexity is accompanied by an elegant freshness, combining generosity with tension and a long and subtle finish!

Tendresse 2008 is a champagne of great precision and very salty... it still has a storage potential of 10 years (from 2025).

Recommendation: as an aperitif, with seafood, shellfish or raw fish. It also pairs well with pan-seared foie gras with truffle shavings.

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulphites and residual sugar

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
