Description

Composition: 100% Pinot Meunier from the 2021 harvest with reserve wines from 2019. 1.1 g added sugar/liter. Disgorgement: July 24.

Aromas: a beautiful pale golden color with delicate bubbles. On the nose, the champagne unfolds warm and complex fruit aromas with a delicate spicy finish. In the mouth, it is ripe but fresh. The different notes mingle, giving the wine a beautiful structure. The finish is long-lasting and fruit-driven. A fruity champagne of great class, a rarity!

Occasion: as an aperitif and in perfect harmony with oysters or sushi. Jérôme Dehours recommends not drinking this champagne below 12° and in large white wine glasses so that the aromas can unfold best! Shelf life: 2 to 3 years

Award: 92/100 Gault&Millau

"Amandes, crème fraîche, marmelade de citron vert et effluves de pommes fraîchement coupées. La belle complexité, apportée par une touche pâtissière et savoureuse, rappelle la custard anglaise. Avec une bulle incisive et désaltérante, une finale aux parfums de zestes d’oranges confits, ce vin, précis et fin à la fin fois, emporte l’adhésion. Bravo pour ce meunier abouti et sapide."

In German: "Almonds, fresh cream, lime jam and the scent of freshly cut apples. The beautiful complexity, created by a savory pastry touch, is reminiscent of English custard. With a incisive and thirst-quenching perlage and a finish that smells of candied orange peel, this wine, which is precise and fine at the end, wins approval. Bravo for this accomplished and flavorful Meunier"

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
