Description

Composition: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier. 5 years old - 4.5g sugar dosage.

The wine has been cultivated biodynamically since 2009, although certification is not sought.

Aromas: A champagne with an old gold color and fine, creamy bubbles. Concentrated, expressive on the nose with notes of red fruits, toast, vanilla, and spices. Racy and elegant. Clear palate revealing the aromas of the nose. Long finish with fresh minerality.

Recommendation: Honest as an aperitif and suitable with roasted poultry and small potatoes.

Award: Guide Hachette* - 92/100 Gault&Millau

En: "Chalk and cream – two ways to describe the bouquet of this champagne, which is both seductive and reserved. On the palate, it is very soft and offers roasted notes with hints of fresh coffee and warm bread, as well as a beautiful freshness on the finish, accompanied by just the right amount of bitterness to stimulate salivation."

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
