Description

Composition: 100% Chardonnay from the 2006 harvest. 2 Gr/L added sugar.

Aromas: Vibrato stands out for its original composition: a pure Chardonnay, the result of a blend of two terroirs with contrasting expressions... While the Chardonnay grape variety vibrates in the mouth with its freshness and citrus notes, the expressions of the Vitry-en-Perthois and Mancy terroirs determine the amplitude of the Vibrato. The exoticism and richness of Vitry match the limestone and finesse of Mancy on an equal footing.

A clear, brilliant champagne with refined effervescence. The nose opens with beautiful aromas that pleasantly hint at ripe exotic fruits. Candied melon and papaya immediately come to mind, followed by mirabelle plum. The palate is fine and generous, with spicy anise notes (peppery ginger), and its beautiful length reveals exotic notes such as pineapple and candied papaya.

Recommendation: Maki avocado, smoked trout, cod tartare with coriander and shallots. Prawns with ginger. Chicken with thyme. Lobster au naturel. Scallops in butter, salmon rillettes. Beef carpaccio, drizzled with olive oil.

Note on potential allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
