Description

Composition: 100% Pinot Meunier from the Les Plantes parcel in Sacy. Vinified in 450-liter barrels.
3g/L added sugar. Disgorged July 25.

Aromas: On the nose, notes of almond powder and frangipane, a lush, biscuity expression; subtly creamy character with a hint of fresh hazelnuts. On the palate, rather exotic with notes of pomegranate, hibiscus flowers, and exotic fruits like pineapple and mango. A beautiful, velvety energy on the palate with a woody note that unfolds into vanilla and praline notes on the finish. A medium to pronounced woody note that makes it an invigorating, even energizing wine; a "Blanc de Noirs" characterized by the freshness and roundness of Pinot Meunier.

Recommendation: perfect with foie gras, terrines, stuffed tomatoes, cheese (Saint Nectaire, Morbier, Epoisse), apple and pear tart.

Award: 90/100 Gilbert&Gaillard

"Robe brillante, or paille claire, bulles minuscules. Nez discret combinant fruits à noyaux, notes exotiques, pain de mie, tonalité épicée. Bouche soyeuse, harmonieuse, élégante, à l'effervesence parfaitement liée. Agréable finale saline."

Eng: "Bright, pale straw-gold color, tiny bubbles. Discreet nose combining stone fruits, exotic notes, brioche, spicy tone. Silky, harmonious, elegant palate, with perfectly integrated effervescence. Pleasant saline finish."

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most important questions about our Champagne products and services

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
