Description

Blend: 62% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir. Base vintage 2013. Sugar content: 0 g/L. Disgorged: Spring 2025.

Aromas: The vintage opens with a radiant freshness, revealing delicate aromas of marzipan and ripe lemon. Gradually, more opulent nuances reminiscent of citrus fruit paste unfold. The initial taste is both vibrant and full-bodied, revealing aromas of bergamot and apple, underscored by a subtle note of salted caramel. The Champagne's linear and precise structure creates a perfect balance between freshness and richness before evolving into notes of Tarte Tatin. The saline finish reveals a gentle bitterness that elegantly prolongs the tasting experience.

Recommendation: Thanks to its intense mineral freshness, this Champagne is ideal as an aperitif. Its roundness also makes it an excellent match for simply prepared seafood (raw, grilled, or steamed) such as oysters, langoustines, or sea bream or salmon tartare. It also pairs well with goat or sheep cheese.

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
