En: "Warm nose of pastry, apricot compote, and sweet spices (cardamom, cinnamon, white pepper), accompanied by a pleasant hint of warm bread crumb. White flowers (linden, broom) provide roundness. This smoothness is found in a delightful texture with a slight, enveloping sweetness, balanced by a salivating acidic framework and flint notes. A harmonious wine with a chalky finish that calls for a second glass."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
