Description

Composition: "Roche Mère" is the bedrock and the origin of the "Terroir." This original Champagne was produced without added sugar (nature) and is made from 52% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Noir. 6 years old.

Aromas: Its white-gold color hints at this authentic Champagne and its sincere expression of the terroir and the three grape varieties of the Champagne region. Floral and mineral notes emerge on the nose and palate. It is a delicate and fresh Champagne.

Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif with delicate canapés, e.g., Pata Negra tapas. Also perfect with oysters!

Award: 90/100 Gault&Millau

"Les fruits jaunes mûrs, presque compotés, ouvrent le nez qui retrouve des arômes frais d’agrumes (zeste de mandarine, pamplemousse rose) avant d’évoluer vers des notes végétales de feuilles de sureau, d’eau de bouleau. La bouche est droite, accompagnée de bulles délicates qui apportent de la rondeur à une matière plutôt fluide. Des notes citronnées agacent le palais en finale et appellent un plateau de fruits de mer."

En: "Ripe, almost stewed yellow fruits open up on the nose, which then reveals fresh citrus aromas (mandarin zest, pink grapefruit) before evolving into vegetal notes of elderflower leaves and birch water. The palate is direct, accompanied by delicate bubbles that lend roundness to a rather fluid texture. Citrus notes tantalize the palate on the finish and call for a seafood platter."

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
