Description

Composition: 92% Chardonnay, 8% Pinot Noir as still red wine. With 15% reserve wines. 15% Chardonnay is aged in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. Sugar content: 6 gr/Lt. A rosé from a single plot called "Blanches Terres". Limited production of 3,664 bottles per year.

Aromas: The Champagne shows a beautiful pale pink color. On the nose, it unfolds fine notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, rose, and gentle spices. In the mouth, the Chardonnay brings freshness and the Pinot Noir brings intensity.

Recommendation: This rosé can accompany an entire meal, e.g., salad with candied tomatoes and goat cheese (without vinegar), lobster and langoustines, Chaource soft cheese, strawberry tart.

And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier, writes about the "Blanches Terres -1er Cru - Brut Rosé":

"Yann Alexandre's Brut Rosé glows in a strong rosé and smells incredibly fruity – like a basket full of raspberries! It is very present, and it tastes exactly as it smells. It retains the raspberries on the palate and drinks so easily – pure summer feeling.

In combination with fresh shrimp – or a langoustine tartare – on the terrace – it perfectly represents French "Savoir vivre"!"

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
