Description

Blend: 60% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, of which 18% red wine and 30% reserve wines. 8 Gr/L added sugar.

Aromas: The color shines with a beautiful copper-pink and very fine bubbles. The nose has a distinct finesse and purity due to the fruity notes of raspberries, candied strawberries, black and red currants. The opening on the palate is smooth and expresses itself through the excellent finesse of the bubbles. The mineral character, marked by chalk and liquorice, maintains a certain freshness and gives full expression to the exotic red-fruited power with style and elegance. The length on the palate extends the delightful pleasure of tasting.

Recommendation: will enhance your aperitif and perfectly accompany rich-colored dishes.

Award: 2 stars in the Guide Hachette and described as follows: "Flattering and complex, the nose releases intense aromas of cooked fruit and smoke, accompanied by toasted notes. These impressions are found in a supple, balanced, and long palate. This harmonious champagne is suitable for an aperitif as well as a cocktail dinner."

And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier, writes about the "Rosé" from Champagne Charpentier:

"The salmon-colored champagne develops more and more aromas – wild blueberries and spices, like cumin. On the palate, it delivers everything it promised on the nose. The ideal accompaniment to hummus, meatballs with cumin, or turbot with a rich jus."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
