Description

Composition: 100% Pinot Noir from the 2017 harvest (4 days of skin contact fermentation). Vinified and aged in small wooden barrels for 8 months. 0g sugar/L. Disgorged July 23.

Aromas: A Rosé de Saignée with a beautiful, intensely pink color and a brilliant robe. An expressive and open aroma with notes of red fruits such as cherries and currants, interspersed with subtle woody notes. A generous and fruity rosé with a very beautiful aromatic expression. On the palate, it remains true to the nose; its crispness and structure are appreciated and have a beautiful length. As an aperitif, with red meat and light fruit-based desserts.

Recommendation: with grilled white meat or a red fruit dessert.

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
